The Screenrights Board is elected by members. Directors serve a three year term. Each year four directors resign and may stand for re-election. The Company Secretary (appointed February 2006) and Financial Controller is Robert Barlow, B.FinAdmin, Grad Dip ACG, CPA, ACIS.

	Jill Bryant Independent Producer. Originating Producer, Walking with Dinosaurs – The Live Experience. Former Marketing Director, Asia-Pacific, BBC Worldwide Ltd. Director since 2003. Elected Chairman 2006.
	Maureen Barron Screen Queensland CEO since 2009. More than 30-years screen industry experience, including as a board member of arts and film industry organisations. Director since 2007.
	Fiona Crago General Manager, Beyond Distribution
	John Ford BA, LLB Media Consultant, Lawyer and Company Director. Clients include: Telstra Corporation, TVI/Sci-Fi and the City of Sydney. Director, Ignite Media Brands Pty Ltd and Chairman, Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation. Director since 1997. Elected Deputy Chairman 2006.
	Allison Rowe Visual artist and copyright consultant. Formerly Head, Copyright Section, Australian Broadcasting Corporation. Director since 1990.
	Sally McCausland Senior Lawyer at the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS). Director since 2006.
	Chris Oliver-Taylor Managing Director, Matchbox Pictures. Director since 2010.
	Cathy Service Over 20 years experience in the media industry, until recently Head of Finance & Administration with BBC Worlwide Australiasia
	Victoria Spackman Legal and Business Affairs Manager with Gibson Group; and board director of SPADA (the NZ Screen Production and Development Association)
	Sue Taylor Independent producer with over 25 years’ experience in film and television production. Director since 2005.
	Dean Ormston BED (MUSIC), GRAD DIP MARKETING, GAICD Head of Corporate Services, APRA Ltd, AMCOS Ltd and Company Secretary of AMPAL. Board Member Music Council of Australia and Australian Copyright Council.  Director since 2007.
	Alison Weston  DIPT, BA (Hons) Former Manager, Education Programming, Education Television, Australian Broadcasting Corporation.  Director since 1995.
