Screenrights and the other copyright collecting societies agreed to a Code of Conduct following key recommendations in the 1999 Review Of Australian Copyright Collecting Societies, conducted by Mr Shane Simpson. This code incorporates comments and submissions made by members and licensees at the voluntary Code of Conduct for Copyright Collecting Societies Forum held in February 2005.
