"Rights on Screen" short film competition

filmcomp

Create a short film for Screenrights to WIN $2500.

Get your work viewed by major players in the industry.

Screenrights, the organisation that administers royalty payments to rightsholders, invites students, professionals and enthusiasts in film-making to create a short film about what we do.

Make it funny, entertaining, and expressive for your chance to win $2,500 and a viewing of your work by major industry professionals.

Submit a short film (2 minutes or less) that encourages rightsholders in film and television to join up with Screenrights free of charge and register their titles. We are looking for something innovative, interesting and entertaining, suitable for broadcast on the web, that speaks to our members (more than 3000 broadcasters, distributors and producers from around the world) about registering their titles.

The competition is open to Screenrights members, non-members, film students, and enthusiasts. It opens 16/10/09, closes 31/03/10.
