register your titles

To register your titles with Screenrights you need to provide the production details for your titles and specify the nature of your claim.

This gives us information about the titles you own or control, so we can collect royalties on your behalf, accurately identify your titles, and efficiently distribute any royalties owing.

If you are not yet a Screenrights member, you will first need to become a member.

Your general warranty

The Warranty (Form C) (72k) is a general warranty, or legally binding promise, that indicates how you will be claiming royalties for the majority of the titles you register with Screenrights. See form sample: warranty (64k).

You only need to complete this form once.

If you are unsure whether you have completed your general warranty, do not have a record of it, or wish to vary your existing general warranty, you may wish to contact Member Services.

Registering new titles

To register new titles with Screenrights, you need to complete our title registration forms.

Title Registration (Form D) (80k): This form is used to register one-off programs such as feature films, documentaries and short films, and to register the main title of a serial work. See form samples: documentaries (68k); features (68k)

Season & Episode Details (Form E) (92k): This form is used to provide production details of the seasons and episodes associated with a serial work. You will need to complete this form for each season and provide episode details where available. See form samples: series with episodes (152k); series without episodes (152k).

Reviewing registered titles

As the Collection Services administered by Screenrights continue to grow, you may wish to review your registrations with Member Services to ensure they are up to date.

If you are unsure what titles you have registered or you would like to extend your registrations to cover new Collection Services, contact Member Services.

The Screenrights money was an unexpected New Years bonus which means a great deal to me. It was more money than I was expecting and it will be used to help support my business over the next couple of months as I continue to develop new projects. In short: I was rapt.
