Role Summary

At Screenrights all that we do supports learning and creativity.

Screenrights is a not-for-profit membership organisation that has been supporting the film and television industry for around 30 years through providing rights and royalty management services to the screen industry.

ArtsReady is a program of AFL SportsReady, specifically designed to provide opportunities for creative jobseekers to start their careers with confidence, qualifications and skills.

ArtsReady currently has an exciting position available for someone wanting to pursue a career in the Arts & Creative industry.

As the successful applicant, you will:
• Be employed by AFL SportsReady, as part of their ArtsReady program.
• Work on-site with Screenrights
• Study for an accredited qualification: Certificate III in Business

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage internal and external communications efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate Meeting Room bookings, as appropriate, and ensure Meeting Rooms are professionally maintained
  • Handle mail
  • Organise transport
  • Maintain office access, maintenance and security requirements
  • Organise catering when required
  • Manage stock of office supplies (kitchens, office stationery, paper etc.)
