The 2023 call for submissions to the Copyright Collecting Societies Code of Conduct review is now open.

Each Collecting Society is subject to the Code, a copy of which is available here. A review is conducted annually into each Society’s compliance with the Code’s standards of conduct.

Code Reviewer The Hon Kevin Lindgren AM, KC is currently reviewing compliance for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023, and is accordingly accepting submissions regarding the Societies’ compliance or non-compliance to the Code.

Submissions are open until 31 July 2023. If you would like to make a submission, please inform the Code Review Secretariat at the address below or by email (codereviewer@gmail.com). The Secretariat will send you details about the procedure for making a submission.
