Each Collecting Society is subject to the Code of Conduct for Copyright Collecting Societies (the Code), a copy of which is available here. A review is conducted annually into each Society’s compliance with the Code’s standards of conduct.
The Code Reviewer is currently reviewing compliance for the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026, and is accordingly accepting submissions regarding the Societies’ compliance or non-compliance with the Code.
Submissions are open until Friday 31 July 2026. If you would like to make a submission, please inform the Code Review Secretariat by email (secretariat@copyrightcodeofconduct.org.au). The Secretariat will send you details about the procedure for making a submission.
