Screenrights has made a submission to the Joint Select Committee on Artificial Intelligence.
In our submission we set out a way of building on Australia’s copyright licensing frameworks consistent with the objectives set out by the Prime Minister of maintaining control and compensation for rightsholders while ensuring that there is a viable avenue for licensing in Australia to encourage domestic AI development and application.
