Board of Directors
The Screenrights Board is elected by members. Directors serve a three year term. Each year directors at the end of their term resign and may stand for re-election up to a limit of three terms.
There are three Authorial Directors on the Board, one representing Screen Directors, one representing Screenwriters, and one representing Screen Musicians; there is also a Director representing Aotearoa New Zealand. Screenrights always aims to have at least one Board Member who is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
The Company Secretary, General Counsel and Head of Policy is Natalie Buck.
