The Triennial Code Reviewer, the Hon. Alan Robertson AM SC, invites written submissions on the operation of the Code of Conduct for Copyright Collecting Societies and on any amendments that are necessary or desirable to improve the operation of the Code.
Each Collecting Society is subject to the Code, a copy of which is available here. A review into the Code itself is conducted triennially, separate from the annual review of each Society’s compliance with the Code’s standards of conduct.
Submissions are open until 7 April 2025. If you would like to make a submission, please follow the directions in the notice.
