Role Summary

At Screenrights, we support a vibrant and sustainable screen industry.

We are seeking a confident mid-level designer (4-6 years experience) who is comfortable challenging the status quo and asking the right questions to push boundaries. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for product design, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices & emerging technologies to continuously improve your approach to design, proficiency in design software, and a strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ownership of Design: This is a non-negotiable ask from this role. You will own the Design piece of the puzzle. You’re a confident designer who is comfortable challenging the status quo and asking the right questions to push boundaries.
  • Product Design: Create comprehensive design deliverables including wireframes, user personas, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs using a variety of design tools.
  • Design Systems: Consume, Contribute and Maintain design systems to ensure consistency across our portfolio of applications.
  • Visual Design: Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that enhance user experience for both external and internal customers while  ensuring design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • User Research: Drive research with internal and external users, prototype, validate, define and deliver using design-led thinking.
  • Collaboration: You are the piece that will complete our triad of design-product-engineering led teams, collaborate with your triad and stream members to have healthy outcomes.
  • Branding guidelines: You will take charge of setting the tone for the product and website’s brand identity. You will play a key role in helping us define our future brand identity and feeding that brand through our website and products.
