The Screenrights Cultural Fund was established in 2018 to support the Australian and New Zealand screen industries. The Cultural Fund supports a wide range of activities, from individual to large-scale initiatives, and the 2019 fund is now open for applications.
The fund is looking for new projects that are innovative, display professional craft, and represent a benchmark of excellence in their field. Up to A$50,000 is available for each successful applicant.
The focus of the Fund will change periodically in response to trends and issues in screen content creation. For the second year of the Screenrights Cultural Fund, we continue our focus on the connection between education and screen content.
Applications are now open and will close 5pm AEST Friday 17 May. All applications will be assessed by a panel of professionals with a range of local and international expertise in screen industry and education.
