Screenrights offers a number of licences allowing for the use of film, television and radio. In many cases, your institution, department or business may already be covered by a licence, taken out on your behalf. If you are unsure please contact us.

Australian educational licences

Our licences cover all public and Catholic schools, and universities. Many independent schools also have a licence, and so do many TAFEs. Certain training providers may also obtain a licence. If you would like to apply for a Screenrights licence, download the appropriate form below. Alternatively, contact us for more information.

Australian retransmission licences

Screenrights licenses the retransmission of free to air broadcasts on pay television, Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and mobile phones.

Did You Know?

Whether you’re a teacher or academic, you can copy programs, upload them to an online system such as moodle, blackboard or clickview, play them on electronic whiteboards and let students access them on iPads or terminals.
